AXWL maintains a year planner to assist community groups in the South Australian fetish, kink and rainbow communities to plan events and preventing clashes with other events. The planner is in the form of a Google Sheets spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet has multiple worksheets:

• Current year, displaying information about events with consideration to other festivals, school/university timetables, sports matches and long weekends

• Year Planner, providing general information about the general pattern of when events generally happen year-to-year.
